How to Book a Bridal Party or Special Event Appointment

Booking a bridal party or special event appointment with us is a straightforward process designed to ensure that your special day is as beautiful and stress-free as possible. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you secure your appointment:

1. Fill Out Our Form

Start by filling out our online form with as much detail as possible about your special day. This helps us understand your needs and preferences, so we can provide the best service for you and your bridal party.

2. Provide Your Event Date

Please include the date of your special occasion. This allows us to check availability and secure the right team of stylists for your big day.

3. Specify the Desired Ready Time

Indicate the time you would like to be ready by. We recommend scheduling your appointment at least 45 minutes to an hour before your event starts. This time frame should account for:

• Travel to and from the location

• Getting into your dresses

• Photos before your event

• Enjoying the moment

4. Number of Bridesmaids and or Family members 

Let us know how many girls will be in your wedding party who will need services.

5. Hair and Makeup Services

Specify how many of your party members would like to have both hair and makeup services.

6. Include Flower Girls

If you have flower girls who need hair and makeup, please include them in your count.

7. Review and Choose a Package

Take a look at our service packages and let us know which one interests you. Remember, package prices do not include travel fees or any additional add-ons.

8. Choose Location

Decide whether you would like our team to travel to your location or if you will come to our salon.

9. Make a Deposit

A non-refundable deposit, which is half of your total cost, is required to secure your booking. Ensure that your party is fully committed before making this deposit, as it is non-transferable. If someone changes their mind, the deposit amount is lost and cannot be applied to the balance.

10. Consider a Bridal Trial

We offer bridal trials for hair and makeup. This is a separate, chargeable appointment that lasts 2 to 3 hours. It’s an excellent opportunity to finalize your desired look and consider a photoshoot with your favorite photographer. While not mandatory, a trial is highly recommended if you’re looking for the perfect bridal team.

11. Balance Payment

Your balance is due on the day of your event. If you prefer to pay ahead of time, arrangements can be made a week before your event. Please note that the balance must be paid in full in one payment.

12. Tipping

Our stylists come highly recommended and bring over 20 years of experience. Tips are greatly appreciated but not included in your package or total balance. Your stylists work hard to ensure your party looks absolutely stunning, so any extra appreciation is welcomed.
